No, we only sell digital patterns. This means we provide you with the pattern of the product you see in the images so you can crochet it yourself. You will receive an email with a link to download your digital crochet pattern.
For crochet kits, you will receive the materials needed to create the item along with a pattern, delivered to your address within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
2. I didn't receive my pattern. What should I do?
The pattern is immediately available for download on the 'thank you' page after completing your order payment. (Refer to the attached image below).
Additionally, we send an email to your provided address with a link to access your downloads. If you can't find the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team to contact.crochify@gmail.com
3. In which language are the patterns written?
All our patterns are written in English, using US crochet terminology.
4. Will I receive any crochet kit with the pattern?
Crochet kits, which include all necessary materials to complete the pattern, are sold separately and delivered to your address. Digital patterns are sent via email and do not include physical items.
5. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the pattern?
As we sell digitalĀ patterns and physical kits, our policy varies. All sales of digital patterns are final. However, for crochet kits, we aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you have issues or concerns with your kit, please reach out to our support team, and we'll do our best to assist you.
6. I accidentally bought multiple patterns by mistake or selected a larger quantity than I need. Can I get a money refund?
No, we don't provide money refunds. However, as an act of goodwill, we can offer you free patterns equivalent to the value paid by mistake.
7. Are the patterns suitable for beginners?
Our pattern collection ranges from beginner to advanced levels. Each pattern mentions its difficulty level. If you're new to crocheting, look for patterns labeled "beginner."
8. Can I sell products made from your patterns?
Yes, you can sell finished products made using our patterns. However, you may not sell or redistribute the pattern itself. We ask that you credit Crochify as the pattern designer when selling your finished items.
